LEGO Mindstorm
Our team runs an annual robotics summer camp for elementary school students. Students are introduced to robotics through the LEGO Mindstorm platform and have the opportunity to code using code blocks.

Experimental Robotics Platform (XRP)
The is a new summer camp program for Experimental Robotics Platform (XRP) for middle school students. Students learn about Python and skills ranging from public speaking to team building. Students also learn about wiring and various aspects of a robot. In the end, they compete in an exciting duo-competition and receive awards!

The Biotech initiative is an initiative made by the members of our robotics team in order to raise awareness about high-demand careers such as biotech in Frederick, MD. In order to bring light about bio-technical careers in the community, we are collaborating with feeder schools, running speaker series and collaborating with local biotech companies.
STEM Night is a 3-4 hour event when elementary school students come together to build KiwiCo STEM kits, and compete with one another in fun and exciting engineering competitions like cup stacking and catapult building!

Sumo Bots is a one day competition during which students build robots using LEGO Mindstorm and compete with one another in exciting robot sumo matches
Sumo Bot registration is not open.
